Download & Install
Download the latest version from the download page and follow the installation instructions for your operating system.
Prepare Your Files
Ensure you have:
- Texture atlas image file (PNG, JPG, etc.)
- Metadata file (XML for Sparrow/Starling, TXT for Packer)
Load Files
Open the application and load your texture atlas and metadata files using the "Select directory" button.
Configure Settings
Adjust animation settings:
- Frame rate (FPS)
- Output format
- Cropping options
Extract Animations
Click "Start process" to generate your animations and frames. The output will be saved to your chosen directory.
